Recipients & Processors

We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email). These processors are bound by contracts to protect your data and act only on our instructions.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (hereinafter “Hoster”).

The Hoster automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with ALL-INKL.COM pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (affects future processing)

Cookies & Consent

You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner and the “Manage cookies” button. Technically necessary cookies run by default. Functional enables features like reCAPTCHA. Statistics enables Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymized). Marketing enables personalization/advertising cookies (if used).

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (“GTM”), a tag management system provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GTM itself does not create user profiles, store cookies, or analyze data. It triggers other tags which may in turn collect data (e.g., Google Analytics). GTM is only activated after you give consent to the relevant category via our cookie dialog. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). For more information, see Google’s terms and privacy information.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 helps us understand how visitors use our website in order to improve it.

Data processed: pages viewed and events (e.g., clicks, scrolls), approximate location (based on IP), technical information about your device and browser, referrer URL, and your IP address (shortened/anonymized so that a direct personal reference is excluded). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

IP anonymization & consent: We have enabled IP anonymization and only load GA4 if you consent to “Statistics” in the cookie dialog. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

International transfers: Information generated by GA4 may be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the United States. Where such transfers occur, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We additionally use settings that reduce identifiers and enable IP anonymization.

Retention: Event data in GA4 is retained for a limited period (between 2 and 14 months depending on configuration) and then automatically deleted. Aggregated reports may be retained longer.

Opt-out: In addition to withdrawing consent in the cookie dialog, you may install the browser add‑on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting and processing your data: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Further details can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and in Google’s product documentation.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
